IMPRS - Retreat 2024

The IMPRS-STNS students met from 22-25 September for their annual retreat at Elbresidenz in Bad Schandau. Organized by a student committee, the retreat featured several highlights, including round table discussions with invited speakers, poster presentations by the students, and hikes in the beautiful Elbsandsteingebirge.

Organized by a committed team of students, the IMPRS hosted its annual retreat at the Elbresidenz Bad Schandau from September 22 to 25, 2024. Invited speakers gave talks and engaged in round table discussions. A noteable highlight was the plenary discussion on „Creativity in Science“ involving Stuart Parkin, Hyunsoo Yang and Amir Capua. The event also included poster sessions and short pitches, allowing doctoral students to present their research.
